Volunteer Opportunities at Macworld/iWorld 2013

Love the show and want to be a part of the fun? We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, reliable volunteers to help in a variety of ways. If you’re interested, just complete this form and let us know which area appeals to you most – feel free to pick more than one!

Accepted volunteers will receive a FREE iFan Pass, which includes full access to the Exhibit Hall, show features and attractions, Tech Talks and Main Stage sessions, film and music activities. You will also receive discounts off Macworld/iWorld gear at the official merchandise store! We’re looking forward to fantastic show and would love to have you join our team!

* You must be 18 yrs old by the time Macworld/iWorld 2013 takes place. There is one mandatory pre-show training session that will be held via phone, in which all volunteers must participate. Proper ID will be required at check-in onsite before you will be allowed to volunteer.

Categories for Volunteers:

Pre-show Set-up: Help with pre-show prep by stuffing badges and attendee bags, and assisting with behind-the-scenes show set up. (Need to be available first day of move-in, Tuesday, January 29th)

Registration Assistance: Welcome attendees and assist them through the registration process. (Need to be available for shifts 1-6pm)

Room Monitors: Work with show management to ensure smooth operation of session rooms.

Show Features Staff: Help and assist attendees to participate in activities in our interactive area filled with music, art and educationally focused attractions.
