Registration Policies

GENERAL REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Admittance:
Registrants must register under their own company and/or individual name. Macworld | iWorld reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any Macworld | iWorld registration. Macworld | iWorld also reserves the right to cancel any Macworld | iWorld registration. In such case, however, the registration fees will be refunded by Macworld | iWorld.

In addition, Macworld | iWorld reserves the right to, in it sole discretion, refuse entrance to the show and/or remove any individual from the show whose behavior is disruptive and/or is not consistent with the character and purpose of the show.

Age Specifications:

Due to safety regulations, baby strollers/carriages are NOT permitted on the Expo Floor.
A registered adult MUST accompany children UNDER 16 years of age.
Children under 5 years of age receive free admission.
Please note some evening activities are for attendees 21 years and older. Proper identification will be required for entry.

Over 21 Programming:
No individual under 21 years of age will be permitted to attend evening activities which take place at the Mezzanine. Valid age identification will be required for entry.

Payment Criteria:

Discounts on registration fees are valid on NEW registrations ONLY and must be redeemed / noted at time of initial registration.
No refunds or credits will be issued for a discount after the initial registration.
No Purchase Orders will be accepted.
A $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Checks will NOT be accepted during On-Site Registration.

Cancellations / Refunds:
Except as otherwise provided, all registration fees are non-refundable, including all cancellations, and credentials are non-transferable.

Badges:
Please hold on to your badge and badge holder once you receive your materials. Any onsite badge reprints will be subject to a $50 charge.

Any registrant who falsifies information in order to register and/or obtain admittance and/or fails to maintain control of badges (i.e. allows a badge to be used by anyone else) may be barred from participating and/or ejected from Macworld | iWorld.

Macworld | iWorld Session Policies:
Seating for Macworld | iWorld sessions and activities is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS, unless otherwise stated.

Show Photography:
All attendees agree to be photographed by show management, and allow show management to post pictures on event web site and any marketing collateral. By entering Macworld | iWorld, you consent to release all personal rights to any show images owned/produced by Macworld | iWorld show management and all exhibitors.

General:
All matters not covered by these guidelines are subject to the discretion of Macworld | iWorld show management.

Changes:
These guidelines may be changed by Macworld | iWorld at any time without notice.
