3. Why are there no free Exhibits Passes this year?
For the 2012 event we’ve added dozens of new sessions, performances, activities and interactive elements – fun and interesting things to do like never before. With this new format and pricing structure we are not issuing free priority codes. Our goal every year is to inspire, educate and delight our attendees and for the upcoming event we’ve created an entirely new experience for Macworld | iWorld attendees that we feel is well worth the price of admission. We hope you’ll agree!
4. How do I find out more about the conference?
The traditional Macworld Conference sessions (formerly known as the Users Conference) are now named Tech Talks this year. Same great education, just a new name. You can learn more about them here: http://www.macworldiworld.com/techtalks.
5. How do I contact a “live” person for registration help and information?

6. What is the cost of admission?

7. How do I register a Group?
For group registrations, please contact macworld2012@rcsreg.com or call us at 805-290-1341, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PT.
8. I purchased a Groupon, how do I upgrade or add additional tickets?
Please call 805-290-1341 and reference your Groupon voucher number.
9. When do I receive my badge?
During the registration process you have the option to have your badge mailed to you for $5 for shipping and handling fee. If you do not select this option you will pick up your badge on-site at the Moscone Center.
10. I need to make changes to my registration, how can I do this?

15. I would like to speak at the conference. How do I submit a proposal?
We have closed speaking submissions for 2012. Please check back on our website in the spring.
16. Will the conference session presentations be made available to attendees?
We will make the MacIT presentations available to attendees, along with the pre-conference workshops presentations. Download information will be forthcoming to those who attend.
17. Can I bring my child to Macworld | iWorld?
Yes, you can, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times if UNDER the age of 16. Children under 5 years of age receive free admission. Please note that we DO NOT allow strollers on the Exhibit Hall floor.
18. Americans with Disabilities Act – How can I request assistance?
During the registration process you may submit your request. All online requests must be submitted by December 30, 2011. Any on-site requests must be made at the Show Management office, room 2000.
19. If I am an international attendee, do I need a visa to attend the conference?
